How to Find All Your Liked Instagram Reels.

If you’re struggling to find all the Reels you’ve liked on Instagram, this guide will help you locate them! (iPhone / Android)

  1. Open the Instagram app and sign in.

  2. Tap your profile picture (bottom-right) to go to your profile.

  3. Tap the three horizontal lines (≡) in the top-right to open the menu.

  4. Tap Your activity from the menu. This opens a hub of actions and history for your account.

  5. Tap Interactions (if shown), then tap Likes. On some app versions you may see Likes directly in the Your activity list. This loads posts and videos you have liked.

  6. Filter to Reels only:

    • Look for a Filter or Media type control at the top of the Likes page (or a funnel icon).

    • Choose Reels / Videos (or select “Reels” if shown). Now the view shows only Reels you’ve liked. (If your app version does not show filters, the list will include posts and videos together; swipe and scan to spot Reels.)

  7. Browse your liked Reels:

    • Tap any thumbnail to open the Reel.

    • To unlike a Reel, tap the heart icon while viewing it (this removes it from the Likes list).

    • Use the three-dot menu on a Reel for options such as saving, sharing, or copying the link.

Notes & important details

  • Instagram’s Your Activity → Likes shows your like history (help doc). The Help Center notes you can view recent posts and videos you’ve liked there.

  • Instagram may only display a limited history (the Help Center references recent likes — historically this is the most recent ~300 likes). If you can’t find a very old like, that may be why.

  • App UI varies by OS and app version: if you don’t see Your activity, update the Instagram app and retry. Many guides and the video show the same steps but menu labels can move slightly between releases.

Quick troubleshooting

  • Can’t find “Likes”: Update Instagram from the App Store / Play Store; check again under Settings → Your activity.

  • Filter missing: The filter UI may be absent on older versions — update the app. If still missing, scan manually or use the Search function (if you remember account/user).

  • Liked Reel gone: The account that posted it may have deleted the Reel or set the profile private — in that case the Reel won’t open.

Privacy / visibility note

  • The list you see is your own liked content. Instagram has also tested/rolled out features around showing friends what Reels people have liked (a Friends/Reels activity tab) — if you’re concerned about others seeing your activity, check Instagram settings for any “Friends tab / Activity visibility” toggle and set it to your preferred privacy level.
