On Desktop
Access Settings
Navigate to the top right corner of your Facebook account and click on your account icon.
Select Settings & Privacy from the dropdown menu, then click on Settings.
Find Audience and Visibility
On the left sidebar, scroll down to Audience and Visibility.
Click on Profile and Tagging.
Adjust Posting Settings
Look for the option labeled Who can post on your profile?
Click on it and change the setting from Friends to Only Me. This ensures that only you can post on your profile.

Open Menu
