Open the Crop PDF tool
In your browser go to Adobe Acrobat Online → Crop PDF (or search “Adobe crop PDF online”). The web tool runs in your browser — no install needed.

Upload your PDF
Click Select a file (or drag & drop your PDF) into the crop tool.
Wait a few seconds while Adobe uploads and opens the first page.
Select the crop area
Adobe will show the page with a rectangular cropping border.
Click and drag any of the handles on that rectangle to change the crop area. Move the entire rectangle by clicking inside and dragging.
Tip: zoom the preview to set the crop precisely.
Choose page range (where to apply the crop)
Look for Page Range or similar (often a dropdown or input). Options usually include:
Current page (only the page you see)
All pages (apply same crop to every page)
Page range (e.g., pages 2–5)
Select whichever pages you want cropped.
Preview the change
Use the tool’s preview to check how the cropped pages will look.
If something looks off, adjust the crop rectangle and preview again.
Apply the crop

Download the cropped PDF
When the processing completes, click Download (or Save) to get the cropped PDF to your device.
Confirm by opening the downloaded file in a PDF viewer to make sure everything is correct.
Permanently remove hidden content (optional)
Note: many online croppers only hide the cropped-out area (they don’t delete the underlying content). If you must permanently remove hidden content, use a full PDF editor (e.g., Acrobat Pro, or export/save as a new PDF in some editors). Adobe’s online crop will reflow page size but may not discard hidden objects.
Quick tips & troubleshooting
If the site asks you to sign in for advanced actions, you can still crop simple pages without signing in in most cases; otherwise sign in with a free Adobe account.
For bulk cropping (many pages with different layouts), you may need a desktop editor or repeat cropping with page ranges.
