Open the Facebook App: Start by launching the Facebook app on your mobile device.
Access Your Profile: Navigate to the bottom right corner of the app where your profile picture is located. Tap on it to open your profile settings.
Go to Settings: Scroll down until you find the "Settings" option under "Settings and Privacy." If you don’t see it, click on "Settings and Privacy" to expand the menu, then select "Settings."
Access Meta Accounts Center: Look for the "Meta Accounts Center" at the top of the settings page and click on it. This will load all profiles associated with your Meta accounts, including Facebook and Instagram.
Select Your Facebook Profile: In the Accounts Center, you will see a list of your profiles. Click on your Facebook profile to proceed.
Change Your Name: Once in your profile settings, find the "Name" option. Click on it to enter the name change interface. Here, you can type in your new name.
Review and Submit Changes: After entering your new name, review the changes to ensure everything is correct. Once satisfied, click on "Review Change" and then submit your new name.
