Method 3: Embedding Online Videos (e.g., YouTube)

  1. Open your PowerPoint presentation.

  2. Go to the "Insert" tab.

  3. Click the "Video" dropdown menu and select "Online Video".

  4. A popup window will open, allowing you to paste the URL of the video you want to embed.

  5. Paste the YouTube (or other supported platform) video link and click "Insert". The video will be embedded into your presentation.

  6. Allow time for the video to load. Then, you can play it directly within PowerPoint.

Remember to always check the video's quality and ensure it complements your presentation's message.
